Browse recipe cards on the feed. Type in terms like "salad" or "pasta" or tap categories like "Desserts". Filter by calorie targets (Low, Medium, High) to see matching dishes.
⚖️ Prep Your Kitchen
Pull up the recipe detail view. Toggle metric units to match your kitchen scale. Tap to tick off ingredients you already have, leaving only what you need to shop for.
🍳 Export & Cook
Export the checklist directly to WhatsApp. In the kitchen, follow the clear numbered recipe steps. Check off steps as you complete them so you never lose your spot.
